Nigerian Female wrestler and representative at the Tokyo Olympics, Blessing Oborududu made headlines days ago after she scored a high point to qualify for the final rounds of the female wrestling games.

At the final rounds in which she was up to USA’s Tamyra Marianna, the Nigerian resilient fighter pulled up her last strength to ensure that she brought the gold medal home. After a hard-fought contest against Marianna of the US, Blessing of Nigeria lost by 4-1 in the finals of the 68kg category rounds.

However, the 32-year-old is a recipient of the Silver Medals.
