The first leg of the game which took place on the Nigerian soil between Nigerian Super Eagles and her CAR ended in 1-0 in favour of the visiting CAR team.
The return leg at Douala, CAR proved to be different as the three times African Champion, the Super Eagles defeated their host by 2-0.
