According to a statement issued by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, the nation’s number one citizen has relived two of his cabinet ministers of their duties. The affected Ministers are Saleh Mamman of the Ministry of Power; and Alhaji Sabo Nanono of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

In similar action, the President has instructed two Ministers to take immediate charge of the ministries. While Minister of Environment, Mohammed Mahmoud Abubakar takes over as the Minister of Agriculture; Abubakar Aliyu is the new Minister for Power.

The statement further reads that this reshuffling exercise is a continuous one for the administration.
