Real Madrid finished as the highest scoring club at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with players representing the Spanish giants combining to score 22 goals during the tournament, underlining the club’s dominance on football’s biggest international stage.
Although Spain claimed the World Cup title with a 1-0 extra time victory over Argentina in the final, Real Madrid stars stole the spotlight through their outstanding performances for their respective national teams.
France captain Kylian Mbappé led the way with 10 goals, securing the tournament’s Golden Boot for the second time in his career. England midfielder Jude Bellingham contributed seven goals, while Brazil forward Vinícius Júnior added four. Turkish youngster Arda Güler completed the club’s remarkable tally with one goal.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain finished second on the list after their players scored a combined 15 goals. Ousmane Dembélé topped the club’s scoring chart with six goals for France, while Bradley Barcola netted three. Ibrahim Mbaye, João Neves, Nuno Mendes, Achraf Hakimi and Fabián Ruiz each added a goal during the competition.
Premier League side Arsenal claimed third place with 13 goals, thanks largely to Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka, who each found the net three times for their national teams.
German champions Bayern Munich occupied fourth position with 12 goals. England captain Harry Kane accounted for half of the club’s total after scoring six goals, while Morocco midfielder Ismael Saibari contributed three.
Inter Miami, Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Sunderland shared fifth place, with players from each club combining to score eight goals during the tournament.
Argentina captain Lionel Messi was solely responsible for Inter Miami’s eight goals, while players representing Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Sunderland also combined to register eight goals each.
