The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, convened a strategic familiarization meeting which brought together the Management Staff and the newly appointed Cabinet Members of the council.

The meeting, held at the council secretariat, served as a platform to foster unity and align the administrative and political arms of the council for effective governance.

In his opening remarks, Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo warmly welcomed all attendees and emphasized the importance of synergy between the Management Staff and Cabinet Members in achieving the council’s developmental objectives.
He clearly outlined the roles, responsibilities and ethical standards guiding the offices of Supervisory Councillors and Special Advisers, stressing the need for professionalism, accountability, and dedication to service.
The Chairman further noted that, in line with his administration’s FINE Agenda, there is a critical need for a cohesive and family-like working relationship between the Cabinet Members and the Management Staff.
He underscored that only through unity, mutual respect, and effective collaboration can the council deliver sustainable growth and improved service delivery to the people of Onigbongbo
