We broke the news of the 1,000 free JAMB forms from the stables of the Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA on February 20, 2026. That was the screening exercise that was carried out on Wednesday February 18 and Thursday February 19, 2026 to determine the eligibles for the actual delivery of the forms.
Monday 23 2026, the JAMB forms were delivered and handed over to 1,000 youths of Agboyi-Ketu who are qualified to write JAMB and determined to further their education!
The multipurpose hall of the LCDA Secretariat was again filled beyond capacity as the Chairman and her team handed over 1,000 JAMB forms to 1,000 students from Agboyi-Ketu LCDA! Youths of Agboyi-Ketu were elated with joy as their mother-general delivers once again on the dividends of democracy, via their education. The Chairman not only endeared the young ones who are gearing up for the Joint Admission Matriculation Board exams to give them access to tertiary learning in Nigeria, she relieved many-a-parent of the burden of the expenses.
Education is the best legacy any parent can give their children. In the event that some might be struggling to do this, Adunni has got their back!
While addressing the students during the JAMB form distribution exercise, Hon. Adetola Adunni Abubakar made the following salient points to the recipients:
That the resources and efforts put into the delivery of the 1,000 JAMB forms must not go to waste.
They must study hard and ensure that they pass the JAMB exams
The best of them that distinguish themselves with the best results will attract scholarships from the Chairman.
This initiative is to ensure that they can write JAMB to power their vision to further their education.
That her administration will work with them to fill in the forms and work through the process with them.
Her government will ensure that the students are well coached and prepared for the exam.
The students should go into the exams and come out in flying colours, making their family and Agboyi-Ketu proud.
She is looking forward to celebrating their successes and would consider sponsoring the best of them!
Speaking with journalists after the event, Hon. Abubakar reiterated that education is the bedrock of success and every progressive society must educate its people. She mentioned that 1,000 free JAMB forms project is part of the 8-point agenda of her administration. Education is a priority to her government and indeed has enjoyed the most attention in this nascent regime of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA.
Finally, she told the gentlemen of the press that this exercise is not one-off. It is very intentional and procedural. A well-planned scheme that is aimed at ensuring that the youths of Agboyi-Ketu grow into their dream careers through quality education. Her government will be working with the youths to ensure that the human resource products of the LCDA achieve their highest potential and turn out the best in life.
Each successfully screened student called up to receive their JAMB forms was elated and glad, full of songs of praises for the mother of Agboyi-Ketu and made their pledge to reward the Chairman with good results! 1,000 JAMB forms. 1,000 relieved parents. 1,000 happy students. 1,000 smiles and tears of joy. 1,000 flames of hope kept burning for the future!
