The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, held a strategic meeting with delegates from the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), ably led by the Regional Coordinator (Lagos West), Mr. Gbolahan Oluwatobiloba. The meeting was also attended by the Onigbongbo Agent for the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) electronic registration (e-registration).

During the meeting, National Identification Number (NIN) related issues stalling the ongoing APC e-registration exercise were raised and extensively discussed. These challenges, which have affected the smooth registration of interested party members, were brought to the attention of the NIMC delegation.

Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo emphasized the importance of seamless collaboration between NIMC and the Council to ensure a hitch-free registration process. He requested the NIMC Regional Coordinator to facilitate the training of Onigbongbo LCDA ICT staff by NIMC officials.

This initiative, he noted, would help address NIN-related challenges promptly and ensure that residents and party members interested in the APC e-registration exercise are adequately supported.
