Whatever you struggle with, its because there’s a program in your mind that does not support what you’re doing. You have to override it.
The only way to override a mind older than 7 is repetition. That’s how you train your subconscious mind. That’s how you learn to drive till you no longer have to think of it. Either that or hypnosis.
