One of Nigeria’s finest music producer and record label executive, Kunle Agboola has died. The veteran hit maker whose signature on the works of celebrities such as Daddy Showkey, Tope Alabi, Sunny Nneji, Azeezat remains immortal. Kunle, a media expert is also renowned for his TV programme, Idan Irawo, a celebrity magazine TV show which aired on DSTV for several years.

The 53-year-old Kunle in his lifetime was a rally point for several known faces, a man whose track record in the entertainment industry is hailed as extraordinary. He died at the intensive care unit of the NYU Langone Brooklyn, New York, after battling a kidney disease.

Mr. Agboola served tenaciously as the Sound Engineer and Media Officer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, ICB Parish, Brooklyn, New York.

He’s survived by aged parents, wife, children and siblings and the entire entertainment industry.
