Lagos, September 26, 2025 — President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday returned to Lagos after attending the coronation of Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The President, who joined other dignitaries at the historic event held at Mapo Hall in Ibadan, was warmly received on his arrival in Lagos.

“It is always a pleasure to welcome Mr President back home,” a host official said, noting the significance of Tinubu’s presence at both the cultural ceremony in Ibadan and his return to his political base in Lagos.
The coronation drew traditional rulers, political leaders, and prominent Nigerians from across the country, underscoring the importance of the Ibadan throne in Nigeria’s cultural and political landscape.
