The Achievers Summit, an organiser of The 100 Under 40, has honoured Olaoluwa Fashina with a prestigious award.
The Achievers Summit is a leading African recognition platform that honours 100 exceptional young change-makers and leaders under the age of 40. These awardees are believed to have made sustainable impact across ten strategic sectors, including business, governance, arts, technology, and social impact.
Fashina is recognised in the category of the young people under the age of 40 in Governance and Public Service, with emphasis on his contributions to governance, leadership, and public service.
The award was presented on Wednesday as part of activities to commemorate the International Youth Day and celebrate young leaders whose works continue to contribute meaningfully to societal development and positive change.
Olaoluwa’s recognition places him among a distinguished group of young African leaders whose commitment, innovation, and service are contributing to the advancement of their communities and the continent at large.
Speaking on the recognition, Olaoluwa expressed his gratitude to God and the organiser for the honour, describing it not only merely as an award but also as a responsibility to continue contributing to the development of society.
He appreciated The Achievers Summit for the recognition and acknowledged the support of family, colleagues, mentors, friends, and others who have contributed to his journey and continue to believe in his vision and capacity to make an impact.
