The Governors of the southern Nigeria states have today agreed to put an end to the menace of farmers/herdsmen clashes by banning open grazing of cattle throughout the three regions.

This was part of a number of resolutions agreed upon today by the governors in Asaba, Delta State. The governors also resolved to demand that the President address the nation while also asking for an urge t convocation of a national dialigue.

The nagging issue of restructuring was also addressed with the governors asking the Federal Government to consider the call for restructuring, especially the issue of devolution of power.
