In life, everyone seems to be in a race, rushing to succeed, to be noticed, to achieve more, to love faster, or to make things happen overnight. But true growth doesn’t come from speed. It comes from consistency.
The most beautiful things in life are trust, love, success, and peace but don’t happen in a hurry. They take time, patience, and steady effort. A healthy relationship isn’t built in a day. It’s built through daily acts of love, respect, and understanding. A lasting marriage isn’t about the fireworks of one moment but the quiet faithfulness of every season.
Ecclesiastes 9:11 says, “The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favour to the learned, but time and chance happen to them all”. This verse teaches us that life isn’t about how quickly we start but how faithfully we endure.
Consistency means showing up even when you don’t feel like it. Choosing love even when it’s hard. So don’t be discouraged if your progress feels slow. Keep being faithful, keep loving, and keep believing. Speed fades, but consistency builds legacies.
Stay steady. God’s timing is perfect, and your consistency will bring victory.
