The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, officially unveiled the newly inaugurated Executives and Directorate of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Onigbongbo Chapter, at the Council Secretariat.
Hon. Adebanjo congratulated the newly inaugurated youth leaders and commended their commitment to service and development of the Society.
He described the youth council as a vital platform for nurturing young leaders and amplifying the voices of young people within the local government.
The Chairman emphasized the importance of the forum and urged the executives to see it as a unifying ground to harmonize ideas, drive meaningful initiatives, and distinguish themselves as true representatives of the youth. “You must uphold the values enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution, he urged.”
Hon. Moyosore further assured the inaugurated executives of his administration’s continuous support and partnership in youth development initiatives across Onigbongbo LCDA. He also hinted that responsibilities will be assigned to members of the youth council to strengthen their involvement in community governance and grassroots development.
