Born Prosper Kelechi Anozie hails from Owerri West Local Government in Imo State part of Nigeria is a songwriter, composer and a singer, known for his artistic vocal delivery, energetic stage performance and ability to connect with good music lovers, Prosper over the years has captured the heart of many, both locally and internationally through his profound musical prowess thus earning himself a huge fan base that referred to themselves as the CENTRIC REPUBLICANS.
As a worship leader with over a decade of professional practice, P-CENTRIC’s kind of music goes beyond gospel sounds, infusing ear worthy type of music with valuable contents.
Having grown up with the love of music, his versatility cuts across almost every area of music production from composition, arrangements to the vocal performance.
He has made himself a force to reckon with as a leader of worship, with a career spanning across interdenominational ministries from Nigeria to the United Kingdom where he’s currently based.
Banker with the golden voice as fondly called is committed to delivering meaningful worship and praise experience with his musical team which has won him a reputation as a highly respected figure in the Christian music community and beyond.
His singles such “My Anchor, I am yours, Realms of glory ft. Sister Wisdom to mention but few has been receiving massive airplay across almost every radio station in Southwest part of Nigeria since 2019.
In 2019, he performed at the Loveworld International Music and Arts Award (LIMA), establishing his presence on the global stage.
Before relocating to the UK, P-centric used to serve as a Worship Leader at Christ Embassy, Lagos, where he directed a worship team of up to 25 members. His managerial skill involves the planning and execution of worship services for over 500 congregants. He curated worship sets incorporating diverse musical styles which does not lag behind congregational engagements.
In one of his radio interviews, he was heard saying he is not limited to featuring musical acts of any kind and genres as long as the song glorifies God.
He also stated he is currently recording for a forthcoming EP which is scheduled to be out early 2025.
