It is being reported that Justice Ladiean Akintola of Oyo High Court has granted an ex-parte motion restraining the Department of State Security (DSS) and Attorney General of the Federation, Mr. Malami from either making an arrest or blocking the bank account of the Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho.
We earlier reported that the legal team of Sunday Igboho led by Chief Yomi Aliu filed an earlier motion at an Oyo High Court seeking that for a court injunction restraining the DSS from further harassing Sunday Igboho as well as seeking N500 billion damages for invasion by security operatives on his Ibadan residence on July 1, 2021.
