After 27 years of a successful marital journey together as Bill and Melinda Gates, the celebrity couples have finally come out to declare the legal termination of their once envied marriage. According to a case filed at the King County Superior Court in Washington, the Gates completed all paper works that accent their decision to be separated after 3 months since they first came out to announce their decision.

While their nearly three decades’ union lasted, both Bill and Melinda Gates worked together, seen at different joint media interviews. The estranged wife of the Billionaire Bill Gates first raised concerns about their union in May, stating how uncomfortable her now ex-hobby’s ties to another billionaire and big-time investor Jeffrey Epstein.

Although the input of the divorce filing does not categorically state that Melinda will be changing her name, there is a possibility that their collaboration at the foundation – the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation might end sooner than expected.
