The operation, which began on Monday morning, was carried out by a joint enforcement team comprising operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, the Lagos State Task Force, Eko Strike Force, Kick Against Indiscipline officials, the Lagos Waste Management Authority and other relevant agencies.
