The suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress has been upheld by a three-man panel of the Court of Appeal. The judgement was delivered this Tuesday by Mohammed Lamido, the presiding judge of the Appeals Court sequel to the dismissal of Oshiomhole’s appeal by the three-man panel, citing a lack of merit. It would be recalled that an FCT High Court had in March 2020 ordered the suspension of Oshiomhole as APC’s National Chairman.
