Agbaja-Plateau Writer’s Residency 2025- Maiden Edition is stretching available solitude, inspiration and refreshing space towards writers with unique craft. Just 17 kilometers from Lokoja, Agbaja-Plateau strategises a castle to resurrect the relatively blocked imagination of scholarly writers.
The Orpheus Literary Foundation is inviting determined and passionate writers to enjoy the beauties and surrounding advantages of nature for the successful birth of creative productions. Exactly at the capital city of Kogi State, a comfortable round temperate climate is found; it is well vegetated and providing a journey inward for poetry, fiction, play, non-fiction, literary criticism. This opportunity applies savannah valley, waterfalls and beautiful confluence of the Niger and Benue Rivers. Such that, a greater regard for nature and rurality would be commanded through tourism, therapeutic, idyllic and cultural preservation.
