The Bayelsa Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Monday nullified the election of Governor Douye Diri of that state.
The panel declared the election unlawful due to the exclusion of ADP and its candidate, King George, from the November 16 Governorship Election.
Consequently, the tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a bye election within 90 days.
