He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension, a postgraduate qualification in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, and a Diploma in Cooperative Studies. He further advanced his theological formation through specialised degrees in Theology, Ministry, and Divinity.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Church History, Dr. Abimbola also serves as a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Corporate Institute of Strategic Research Global, which previously recognised his scholarly contributions with a Doctor of Research degree in Church Administration.
His research interests encompass Church Administration, Christology, Biblical Studies, Church Leadership, and the history of African Instituted Churches, with particular emphasis on Nigerian Spiritual Churches.
