According to reports reaching The Lagosian, the Cambodian police have arrested two Romanians and three Nigerians found with almost 5 kilograms (11 pounds) of methamphetamine. The drugs were found on one of them as he boarded a flight to Hong Kong at the airport in Siem Reap in northeastern Cambodia. The Deputy National Police Chief, Mok Chito, said police on Wednesday found the drug in a backpack belonging to Romanian Narcis-Manuel Olaru. The drug was in a form known as crystal meth or ice. Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s leading carrier, has announced a major restructuring of its United States network to offer passengers travelling between Africa and the U.S. the best possible connectivity and the shortest routes. It plans to introduce three flights a week to the John F Kennedy International Airport in New York, in addition to its flights to the city’s Newark International Airport. According to a patent first spotted by Patently Mobile, which was filed in February 2017 and granted yesterday, the stylus would be able to wirelessly send any images back to the phone or tablet, potentially making use of the Bluetooth support that was added with the Note 9’s S Pen stylus. The price of Oil fell below $62 dollars per barrel on Wednesday after a report showed a rise in U.S. crude inventories. Last week, U.S. crude inventories recorded a 2.5 million barrels increase, according to the American Petroleum Institute, and gasoline stocks also increased. while concerns about the impact on global supplies of U.S. sanctions on Venezuela faded. Brent crude, the global benchmark, fell to 61.49 dollars a barrel. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell to 53.11 dollars. In an apparent show of the camaraderie emanating from yesterday’s truce brokered by elders of Lagos State APC led by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode today presented the much awaited budget to the State Assembly.
