The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has rejected the presidential and parliamentary election results being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. The National Chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus, in a press briefing currently ongoing said the results being announced by INEC are inflated in favour of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC. Senator Dino Melaye, the senator representing Kogi West, has challenged Sahara Reporters to release the source of the unofficial election results that formed the basis of a report that is live on their website. In the report, Sahara Reporters alleged that Smart Adeyemi is leading in five of the seven LGA’s especially in Lokoja and Koto while Dino Melaye leads in Mopamuro LGA. The centre was established in 1990 to serve as biodiversity conservation icon and environment education centre.
