As part of the week-long program in honour of the late popular televangelist, Prophet TB Joshua, there was a tribute service in which members of the public had access to attend with limited seats (by the covid-19 protocol). The late clergyman who passed on June 5, 2021, impacted lives around the world due to his unreserved philanthropic outreaches around the world.
Leading the emotional outpouring at the Synagogue of All Nations on Tuesday was his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Joshua, and their three daughters, Serah, Promise, and Heart who paid glowing tributes to the great man of God.
In her thought-provoking tributes to her husband of over 30 years, Mrs. Joshua said: ‘’For gold to become gold, it must pass through the fire. I stand here today to say thank you for choosing me. Thank you for loving me, nurturing me, caring for me. Thank you for being a good father to our children. You are not just a father who merely provides. You are a father who wants the best and gives out the best at all times. I thank you for shielding me from those who came to our home with ulterior motives, and because you didn’t give in to their ill-desires, they were bent on soiling your noble name, yet you were undeterred’’.
The event drew attendance from all around the globe.
