The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari will be on live TV today for a media chat. The interview which airs on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) makes the second of such media parley involving the President and the press. This comes barely 24 hours after the first major interview since he assumed his second term in office as President of the ‘’Giant of Africa’’ country.
In a statement by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to Buhari on Media and Publicity, emphatically stated that the interview which airs from 8:30pm would be revealing.
He wrote: “President Muhammadu Buhari grants Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) an exclusive interview, from 8.30 pm, Friday, June 11, 2021.“It promises to be revealing and educating. Kindly keep a date’’.
