Never allow your position, power, or financial status to make you look down on others, speak to them anyhow, or make them feel inferior and unhappy. Remember, wealth is temporary, positions are changeable, and nobody knows what tomorrow holds. The same people you intimidate today may be the ones you need tomorrow. True greatness is not measured by how many people fear you but by how many people feel respected, valued, and encouraged in your presence. Be powerful without being proud, wealthy without being arrogant, and influential without making others feel worthless because the true test of greatness is how you treat people who have nothing to offer you.
