In an emotional tribute, Peters said he was still struggling to come to terms with the loss, noting that the deceased’s influence, spirit, and presence would remain unforgettable.
“You weren’t just a friend, you were my brother,” he said, paying homage to the bond they shared over the years.
The music icon also reflected on the memories they created together, expressing gratitude for the role Prof. Ajao played in his life and career.
“Thank you for everything. I’ll carry the memories always,” he added.
Peters further emphasised that the late Ajao’s legacy would continue to live on through his contributions and enduring impact, particularly in music and personal relationships.
“Your legacy lives on, your music lives on, and you will never be forgotten,” he said.
