The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area, Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, paid an inspiring visit to the NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp, where he addressed corps members and encouraged them to believe in the power of their dreams.

During his remarks, Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo shared a deeply personal story, reflecting on his humble beginnings and his days as a young corps member.

He recounted how he once stood on the same parade ground as a youth corps member, full of dreams, uncertainties, and aspirations, and how he was later posted to serve at Onigbongbo LCDA, the very council he now leads as Executive Chairman.

He described his journey from a young Lagos corper with “bigger aspirations” to becoming a public servant and a leader committed to community development. He emphasized that his story proves that no dream is too big and no beginning is too small for anyone determined to succeed.
“Your dreams are valid,” he told the corps members. “I stood on this same campground years ago, with hopes for a better future. I served at Onigbongbo LCDA as a corps member, and today I am privileged to be its Executive Chairman. Whatever you aspire to become, dream big, stay focused, and never give up.”
Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo also encouraged the corps members to embrace service with passion, integrity, and commitment, noting that the NYSC experience remains a transformative stage in nation-building.
