The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, has reinvigorated the LCDA’s empowerment drives with PAKAM activation in his commitment to improving the welfare of the community.
In a meeting with the Empowerment Committee Executives, PAKAM officials, and representatives from the office of the SSA to the Lagos state governor on Climate change & Circular economy, Hon. Moyosore discussed the necessities of aligning the ongoing empowerment scheme of the LCDA with the objectives of PAKAM Activation Event.
He however commended the Empowerment Committee for the progress made so far. He acknowledged their dedication and the positive impact their work is set to bring to residents. Hon. Moyosore reaffirmed that the goal of the empowerment initiative remains the same: to help people across Onigbongbo build better lives by providing real opportunities, support, and tools for growth.
Mr. Adeleye of PAKAM took time to give a clear and detailed explanation of the PAKAM Experiment Initiative and highlighted how it encourages community participation, promotes environmental responsibility and creates value that directly benefits residents.
He emphasized that merging the empowerment programme with the PAKAM activation will make the initiative more effective and far-reaching.
