Lagos, November 13, 2025 — The management of Serenity Royale Hospital has distanced itself from a viral online post purporting to be a “Mid-Term Home Detox Report” connected to Mrs. Regina Nwoko, describing the document as fake, unauthorized, and not originating from the hospital.
In an official statement issued on Thursday, November 13, 2025, and signed simply by Management, the hospital said its attention had been drawn to the circulation of the alleged clinical document, which is being shared across multiple social-media platforms.
The hospital emphasized that the publication contained classified medical information and stressed that it did not release — nor authorize the release of — any such report.
“We wish to state clearly that the publication and circulation of the said post containing classified information did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same,” the statement read.
Serenity Royale Hospital further reaffirmed its commitment to high-standard medical practice, including strict adherence to patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
“We remain committed to high-standard medical practice with huge commitment to ensuring medical confidentiality,” the management said.
The hospital urged members of the public to treat the viral document as false and misleading, and cautioned against sharing unverified medical information online — especially when it involves private individuals.
The statement comes amid rising concerns over data privacy and the misuse of social media to disseminate sensitive or fabricated medical records.
