For a man who has continued to show nothing short of love, generosity and genuine care towards humans from every corner of the world, a charitable gesture towards his countrymen would only come naturally. Arguably the most down to earth clergyman in the country, Prophet TB Joshua has once again melted the hearts of Nigerians who had just returned to Nigeria from South Africa.

Recall that the continuous attacks on Nigerians in the Southern Africa country had forced hundreds, if not thousands of Nigerians to seek a way out of there, and earlier in the week, the second batch of these set of individuals was flown into the country.
Many had had to abandon their jobs and sources of income due to the fear of being lynched and mobed by the locals. But while their safety was paramount at the time, the other crucial question hanging on their exit from South Africa was how they would survive when they get back home.
Thankfully, T.B, Joshua, the Senior Pastor of Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), has taken huge steps towards assisting returnees to settle nicely into Nigeria again.
More than half of the three hundred individuals stormed the church after their arrival. And despite being away, T.B Joshua asked that the sum of N12 million naira should be evenly distributed among them.
In the end, every adult received N100,000 while the remaining cash was distributed with careful consideration of the sizes of families present.
Prophet T.B Joshua has demonstrated his charitable attitude for the umpteenth time, and as at the time this report, he is the only clergyman in the country to have made such gesture on two different occasions since the Xenophobic attacks began in the past few weeks.
Addressing the beneficiaries who were full of gratitude after the distribution, the spokesperson for SCOAN, Mr Joseph stated, “The man of God is fully aware of your presence even if he is not around and he has instructed that you should be well taken care of. He is also praying for you. This is what he’s known for.
“You are the second set of people that came back and the first batch was also here last week and the man of God blesses them. So he feels what you are feeling right now and he shares your pains and that is why you are welcome here.â€
“By the grace of God, the spirit of God will lead him to do what is best for you. Many of you have lost everything, you came back with nothing even though you properties, businesses are there.â€
“The man of God said he cannot afford to close his eyes or turn deaf ears to your plights so with the support of Emmanuel TV Partners, the man of God has given everyone here today as returnees from South Africa the cash sum of N12 million.â€
A beneficiary, Nnabuche Wisdom, revealed how he had been worried about funds to continue his interior decoration business here in Nigeria. According to him, he had lost his investments to a mob in South Africa but with the donation from T.B. Joshua, he would be able to carry on with his business activities.
“I was thinking of escaping South Africa but I do not have any money as I have lost everything due to the xenophobic attacks. On the 12th of this month, I was checking the internet when I saw this industrial machine that I like, it costs N102, 000 but I don’t have the money.â€
“But here I am with N100,000 given to me by Prophet T. B. Joshua. I thank God and I thank the man of God,†the 30-year-old man explained.
Also, Ipaye Joke, who flew into the country alongside her husband with two children, could not hold back her joy as her family received N250,000 from the donation.
On her plans for the cash, pregnant Ipaye said, “I have hope to buy baby things for my unborn child and put my children back to school.â€
It takes a genuine follower of Christ’s teachings to continue to show love to others, on different occasions. Prophet T.B Joshua has exhibited this over and over again. He won’t stop now.
