Pioneering African young philanthropist, Noah Dallaji, a young man who
has set a new standard for giving back to society and the President of the African Children’s Talent Discovery Foundation is a year older today and the world of philanthropy is celebrating.
Noah Dallaji who is originally from Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Nigeria, has by virtue of his amazing work of philanthropy become a noted citizen of the world, a UN recognized Peace Ambassador and Giver and a huge inspiration to millions of youths around the world.
Given the extent of his contributions and support for thousands of indigent African kids and the underprivileged, Dallaji has been ranked in the caucus of such givers as Billionaire Aliko Dangote of Nigeria and South African Giant Patrice Motsepe.
As the President of the ACTDF, Dallaji’s generosity hasn’t gone unnoticed over this past few years, rising to the occasion whenever and wherever people are in need and helping to lift many poor but talented African youths from obscurity and poverty to the world stage.
So far Dallaji has donated to hundreds of causes, supporting local education, sports, and health in his home nation of Nigeria and deploying all his energy towards supporting many community-development causes. Beyond Nigeria, Noah Dallaji has helped lift many children of Africa out of poverty through his Foundation, the ACTDF.
The current issue of Covid-19 wasn’t any different, as he channeled much of his efforts in organizing the distribution of palliatives to the less privileged affected by the ensuing lockdown around Nigeria.
Over the years, Dallaji has observed festive celebrations from Christmas to Easter and Sallah to provide free food and gifts to many. They were served with lots of food to eat and drink.
Dallaji has used many of his public spirited programmes to motivate and cheer the children up and make them have a sense of belonging with the provision of quality support incentives in terms of financial aide, scholarships and payment of sundry school fees.
Over the years, The African Children Talent Discovery Foundation (ACTDF) had organized a great lot of programmes for the uplifting of the less privileged. For instance in 2012, Dallaji sponsored many Africans to the World Corporate Cup of Soccer hosted by Liverpool FC at Anfield, Liverpool England. The ACTDF Talent Show, “Unleash Your Talent 2017†which finale was held in Port HarcourtPort Harcourt, Rivers State on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the Hub Event Centre, Odili Road, Port Harcourt was considered one of the major star-studded events of the year attended by top Nigerians, Nollywood celebrities and music artists including Pete Edochie, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), Patience Ozokwor (Mama G.), Ramsey Nouah, Segun Arinze and a host of other Nigerian celebrities.
Speaking on the epoch event, as the President of ACTDF, Engr. Noah Dallaji said that the event, which preliminaries had earlier been done in Ibadan, Lagos, Nasarawa, Bauchi, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Enugu, Ekiti and Kaduna, was aimed at developing and discovering talents while integrating the participants into the mainstream of society for nation building.” According to Dallaji, “Our primary objective is to showcase the talents of young people who are full of sadness because of losing hope and here is hope coming their way.â€
The talent hunt designed into three categories saw winners go home with millions of Naira worth of performing contracts as well as cash prizes to advance their career.
Beyond entertainment, Dallaji’s ACTDF as an NGO, according to a recent report, “has done a lot of humanitarian activitities that has incorporated the less privileged into schools, taken care of through scholarship and other forms development of projects in communities where they need help.”
Today, as he celebrates his birthday, Dallaji has received numerous messages of felicitation from across the world for his contribution to society.
