In a significant move to deepen collaboration between creative media and public institutions, the production team behind the upcoming RedCrest High Series and Book by Audrey Allen Pictures Production paid a courtesy visit to Ms. Eniola Badmus, the Special Assistant on Social Events and Public Hearings to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, at the National Assembly in Abuja on Wednesday.
Led by veteran journalist and media consultant, Mr. Tony Amokeodo, the delegation included Mr. Iyamu Osaretin Retz, the Producer and Project Manager of RedCrest and Ms. Tayo Ashimolowo, an official of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The meeting centered on leveraging entertainment as a platform for social impact, civic education, and youth empowerment through storytelling.
Ms. Badmus, a renowned actress and showbiz personality herself, expressed delight at the initiative, noting that the National Assembly is open to creative partnerships that promote national values, inspire the youth, and highlight critical social issues. “Projects like RedCrest High are essential in building bridges between government and the people, especially the younger generation,” she said.
