Ejigbo LCDA ìn Lagos was on Friday agog in celebration as its Secretary, Dr. Paul Omatseye FREGENE marked his birthday.
Although the celebrations were lowkey due to the current pandemic, the day however turned out unforgettable as messages of felicitation flooded in from across the city and the rest of Nigeria.

The outpouring of love and goodwill was really a testimony to the popularity of a man noted for his humility and love for the people, especially his loyalty to the hardworking Chairman of the LCDA, Alhaji Monsuru Obe.

Born on 5th February 1968 in Lagos to the family of late Mr Godwin and Mrs C.A Fregene in Lagos, Dr. Fregene attended the University Lagos Staff School and St. Finbarr College, Akoka. He is also a Graduate of Statistics from Yaba College of Technology.
