The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, paid tribute to Late Hon. Francis Oke, the former Chairman of the same LCDA. He led a delegation enriched by Onigbongbo LCDA Vice Chairman, Hon. Samsideen Oloyede; Legislative Leader, Hon. Francis Nkwo; and administrative members in a courtesy visit to the family of the late honourable.
During the visit, Hon. Moyosore reflected on Hon. Oke’s legacy, describing him as “a galvanizer of people and a true party man.” He recognized Hon. Oke’s significant contributions to the development of the LCDA during his tenure as Chairman.
According to a statement made available by the Chairman’s Chief Press Secretary, Fashina Olaoluwa, the chairman also offered words of comfort to the family, encouraging them to stay strong and assuring them of his office’s continuous support. He emphasized the importance of maintaining an “open-door policy” for the family.
The visit was concluded with prayer for the family by Hon. Moyosore and the Legislative Leader. They both sought God’s blessings, comfort, and guidance for the family
