The city of Gombe was full of celebration on Saturday when the son of the Gombe State Governor, Khalifa Dankwambo wedded his beloved, Aneesa Ali.
The wedding ceremony was attended by many dignitaries across the globe. The Governor and his wife, Hajiya Adama Dankwambo organized a special reception at the Government House, Gombe to grace the wedding.
Some of the dignitaries include serving and present Governors, wives of the Governors and deputy Governors of Taraba, Bauchi, Sokoto, Zamfara, Borno, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Jigawa and Katsina States, among many others.
Also in attendance were Emirs, former Ministers, serving and former Senators , serving and former members House of Representatives, members of the Gombe State executive council and members of the Gombe State House of Assembly.
In his address, Governor Dankwambo welcome and thanks the dignitaries and all other guests for gracing the occasion.
Dr. Dankwambo specially thanks and commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his attendance through the Hon. Minister for Environment, Surv. Suleiman Hassan Jara.
Kuna is the New Media Aide to Governor Dankwambo.
