Abakaliki, July 6, 2025 — Youths in Ebonyi State have thrown their weight behind President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid ahead of the 2027 general elections, citing his administration’s efforts in national development and commitment to the South-East region.
The declaration was made on Saturday during the inauguration of the Ebonyi State chapter of the South-East Renewed Hope Agenda (SERHA), a pro-Tinubu socio-political support group.
Speaking at the event, National Coordinator of SERHA, Belusochukwu Enwere, commended the youths for their overwhelming support and urged greater mobilisation across the region in favour of President Tinubu.
He described SERHA as a grassroots-driven organisation uniting men, women, and youths from all backgrounds across the South-East in support of progressive leadership and national transformation.
Enwere highlighted what he called the President’s “bold imprint” on the development of critical sectors and applauded the recent establishment of the South-East Development Commission as a strategic win for the region.
“The establishment of the South-East Development Commission is a clear opportunity for our people,” Enwere said. “It shows that President Tinubu is paying attention to the unique challenges of the region and taking practical steps to address them.”
He called on Nigerians from all regions to support Tinubu’s administration and rally behind his re-election bid in 2027, stressing that unity and continuity are key to consolidating national gains.
