    In an announcement made by Professor Mahmood Yakubu, INEC Chairman around 2am this Saturday, the electoral umpire has postponed the Presidential and sundry elections till February 23rd and March 9th respectively.

    INEC CHAIRMAN, PROF. MAHMOOD YAKUBU MAKING THE ANNOUNCEMENT

    The Chairman gave the need for better preparation as the reason for the action.
