The Duchess of Sussex and mother of two, Meghan Markle, celebrates her 40th birthday in grand style this year. In what seems to be a motivational step towards encouraging more emerging leaders, the Duchess of Sussex announced a new mentorship programme, named 40×40, in which industry eggheads will mentor deserving young people. Making this announcement, Duchess Markle in a short but inspiring two-minute video that featured actress friend Melissa McCarthy made know her intentions as the best way to join the 40-something league.
