Erstwhile contender for the post of British Prime Minister and newly appointed Cabinet Secretary, Kemi Badenoch has assumed duty and has expressed delight at the opportunity.
In a statement today, Badenoch, of Nigerian Yoruba descent rejoiced at being able to join her colleagues to attend the maiden cabinet meeting today. Below is the text of her statement:
